This "Amidst the Alders" linocut art print portrays a fox waiting under a foliage of alder leaves. This print is inspired by the neighbourhood’s fox that likes to visit the garden outside the studio.

La linogravure "Amidst the Alders" ,ou au milieu des aulnes, fait partie d'une série consacrée à la faune et à la flore.
Cette estampe représente un renard qui attends et observe le monde autour de lui sous un feuillage d’aulnes. Elle est inspirée par le renard du voisinage qui aime visiter le jardin à l'extérieur de l'atelier.

Ink : Caligo Relief Ink in Black.
Red Version
Paper: 100% cotton Above Ground 300gsm Printmaking Paper in White.
Ink: Caligo Relief Ink in Process Red (Magenta)
Autunm Colours Version
Paper: 100% cotton Above Ground 300gsm Printmaking Paper in White.
Ink: Caligo Relief Inks - Hand mixed together by the artist to make an autumn colour gradient featuring yellow, orange and red.
Additional information
Each print is handmade and may show some variation to the ones in the photos.
Because of the nature of traditional printmaking, every print is handmade and has some variations in paper texture and ink appliaction from the ones photographed here. No two prints are exactly the same, making each piece of art completely unique!
All prints are signed in pencil by the Artist.
